About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team player to join our busy warehouse. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on warehouse operations and stock management. You’ll be based in the Plates warehouse with the chance to support other bays as needed.
What you’ll do:
- Run the Stainless Sheet and Plate distribution warehouse
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
- Receive, check, and put away incoming stock
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stocktakes and cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided if needed)
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30pm (40 hrs/week)
- Experience in warehousing, dispatch, or stock handling (essential)
- Forklift experience (overhead crane experience a plus)
- A reliable, hands-on approach and a strong focus on safety
- The physical capability to perform manual handling tasks
- A positive team attitude and good attention to detail
- Basic computer confidence, with training provided on our systems
