The Role

We're seeking a strategic leader with a passion for, and deep understanding of, the transformative impact wellbeing can have on people, leadership, and organisational performance. This role will drive the overall success of our integrated performance and care business, spanning services and SaaS, bringing together commercial acumen, strategic clarity, and a future-focused view on growth.

You'll own P&L responsibility while directly managing key enterprise and government relationships, leading a small high-performing team (<10), and driving growth across our services and AI product portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can execute strategy, close deals, and inspire others.

We’re looking for someone who can shape and scale both our digital platform and our human-led services, with a sharp eye for innovation; whether through technology, data, or service design. You’ll partner across teams, ideate boldly, and help us deliver even greater value to our customers and the market.

What You'll Do

Drive Business Growth
  • Own renewals and manage senior relationships within key enterprise and government accounts
  • Own new business development and personally close new revenue opportunities while coaching the sales team
  • Conduct strategic business reviews and deliver measurable client value
  • Develop new service offerings with our science team to meet evolving market needs
Lead Wellbeing Product Innovation
  • Drive product strategy for our mobile wellbeing app (250,000+ downloads)
  • Develop our Wellbeing AI Assistant, including compliance collaboration with Health New Zealand's AI Expert Advisory Group (NAIEAG)
  • Identify and execute new partnership and revenue opportunities
  • Ensure security, privacy, and AI best practices across all products
Scale Services Business
  • Grow our proven services portfolio including presentations, workshops, coaching, and consulting across a broad range of topics including leadership development, psychosocial risk management, wellbeing.
  • Expand our 2-year track record serving government and enterprise clients
  • Drive lead generation strategy and execution
Build High-Performing Culture
  • Lead and develop a team of PhD scientists, industry veterans, and emerging talent
  • Foster accountability and performance while maintaining strong team culture
  • Navigate complex stakeholder relationships across government and enterprise

What We're Looking For:

Essential Experience
  • Revenue Growth: Demonstrated success growing services and technology businesses (last 3 years)
  • Executive Relationships: 5+ years managing senior government and enterprise stakeholders in New Zealand (+ Australia is a bonus)
  • Technology Sales: Proven track record selling to Government and Enterprise in ANZ
  • P&L Management: Experience managing profit and loss responsibility
  • AI Fluency: Active professional user of AI tools and understanding of Gen AI products
