General Manager
Responsibilities: Develop and execute EzyBill’s strategic plan in line with group goals.
Oversee daily operations, team performance, and financial KPIs.
Drive product improvements and customer experience initiatives.
Identify and grow partnerships with universities, property agencies, and service providers.
Manage regulatory and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with product, tech, marketing, and legal teams across the team.
Requirements:
Academic study in Business, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of management experience in fintech, payments, or digital services.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of cross-border payments and Chinese payment platforms (WeChat/Alipay) is a big advantage.
Mandarin and English bilingual preferred.
