Junior/Intermediate Project Manager
We are recruitingProject Managers at junior, intermediate and senior levelsfor a leading New Zealand-owned advisory and project management consultancy.
This organisation has a long history delivering major property and infrastructure projects across the country and provides strategic leadership to both public and private sector clients. They operate nationally and internationally and are known for their hands-on, high-performing culture.
This role is not front-end development.You will be supporting the Senior Leadership Team with governance, reporting, programme oversight, procurement support and coordination across complex project environments. You will be involved in managing documentation, risk, issues, stakeholder updates and ensuring compliance with legal and contractual frameworks.
We are looking for candidates who haveexperience in construction, infrastructure or property project managementand who bring somelevel of legal or contractual exposure. This may include experience with NZS3910, variations, claims, procurement processes, contract interpretation or regulatory compliance.Strong organisational skills and the ability to support senior leaders across multiple workstreams is essential.
Experience in 3 Waters, utilities or public-sector infrastructure is highly advantageous. Exposure to governance frameworks, programme reporting or advisory environments will also be viewed favourably.
