Machine Operator | Fulltime Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team. As a Rotor Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery and equipment to ensure the production process runs smoothly.

We have an immediate vacancy available for a full time temp to perm position in this busy team.

• Set up machinery for operation
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure efficient production
• Perform quality control checks to meet production standards
• Troubleshoot and repair machine issues as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth production process

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or a similar role
• Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Set up rotor machines for daily production runs
• Monitor machine operation and address any issues that arise
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met
• Clean and maintain machinery to ensure proper functioning
• Be able to lift 25kg bags of polymer when needed

• Must have prior factory or manufacturing experience
• Good initiative

• Physically fit
• Capable of heavy-lifting

**Hours of work available:**

Mon - Fri

2PM to 12AM

**Hourly rate:**

Pay - **$26/hr** + **$1.50/hr** Night Allowance + 8% HP
