You will be responsible for greeting all visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls, addressing visitor questions and providing an overall welcoming environment for our customers.
Our team members must always represent our brand in a way that reflects our values, while treating all customers, co-workers and senior team members with respect and courtesy to ensure that our customers receive prompt, professional and friendly service always.
Your dutiesAnswering the phones in a professional manner and transferring where required.
Greeting all visitors to the workshop
Notifying staff of visitor arrivals
Follow up customers by either text messaging or phone calls
Notify customers when vehicles are ready for collection
General administration duties – filing, document scanning and data entry as and when required
Ensure the customer area is clean and tidy at all times, including vacuuming and cleaning surfaces
Assist the office administrator as required
Any other task as reasonably required
