Automotive Customer Service Advisor

We are currently looking for an energetic and professional Automotive Customer Service Advisor to join our superstar team in Kerikeri!
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming customers with a friendly and professional attitude, both in person and over the phone
- Handling customer inquiries and clearly communicating service options and timelines
- Coordinating bookings for vehicle servicing, repairs, and WOFs
- Liaising between customers and the workshop team to ensure smooth communication and timely updates
- Preparing accurate service documentation including job cards, invoices, and warranty claims
- Managing follow-ups and reminders for upcoming services or outstanding work
- Supporting the Service Manager and wider team with general administrative and customer care tasks
- Excellent work environment in a friendly and progressive team

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
