Logistics Co-Ordinator
LOGISTICS CO-ORDINATOR WANTED!***
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator for a short-term assignment located in the heart of East Tamaki. If you have a strong background in logistics coordination and are looking for part-time work, we'd love to hear from you!
***Key responsibilities:***- Act as the key contact for logistics service providers and internal stakeholders for all operational topics.
- Coordinate with service providers on logistics related Customer Complaints and ensure actions are taken to prevent recurrence. Raise supplier complaints in SCMS.
- Provide updates to stakeholders on imports.
- Maintain stocktake data at 3 rd party warehouses
- Ensure compliance of current site related process for all receipt & dispatch of goods.
- Coordinate with Supply Planner (Onsite) on inter plant stock movements
- Follow up on Shipment No. Creation with Supply Planning team for all Imports.
- Check receipt of invoices from Service providers and maintain details.
- Coordinate OSMI and damaged stock with WH supervisor and collection agency.
- Prepare and provide export documents to freight forwarder.
- Escalate and follow up on any Logistics issues with Service Providers.
- Maintain Daily Manifest data for all dispatches via Road.
- Experience in Ops or supply chain environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- SAP experience
- Analytical and Decisiveness
- Good time management
- Customer focused (Internal customers only)
- An eager and positive attitude
