As the Logistics Coordinator, you'll be supporting the smooth movement of materials and products across the supply chain. You'll manage everything from ordering stock and booking freight, to preparing export documentation and maintaining compliance records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock levels and ordering aligned to production needs
  • Organise domestic freight, dispatches, inter-site transfers, and deliveries
  • Book international freight and prepare export/import documentation
  • Coordinate container movements, including local forwarding and customs clearance
  • Label and dispatch courier packages and coordinate crate preparation
  • Verify freight invoices and raise POs
  • Ensure documentation and logistics processes meet compliance requirements
About You:

This is a great fit for someone who is either experienced in logistics, or newer to the industry but have drive and an eager to learn. Full training will be provided, so attitude, initiative, and good process thinking are key.

You'll bring:

  • A methodical, process-driven mindset
  • Adaptable to change with an un-flappable nature
  • Comfort using logistics software or CRMs (Salesforce is a plus)
  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude
