**He angitutanga | The Opportunity:**

This is a **Permanent Part Time** position

1. Prepare, cook, portion, and present menu items to a consistently high standard.
2. Receive, rotate, store, and manage food supplies in line with operational guidelines.
3. Maintain customer satisfaction by upholding personal presentation and collecting and responding to guest feedback.
4. Keep kitchen areas clean, sanitised, and well-organised, following all hygiene and food safety requirements.
5. Apply catering control principles, minimise wastage, and support special dietary and cultural meal requirements where needed.

1. Hold an NZQA Level 4 Cookery qualification (or equivalent), with at least 3 years' experience as a Cook or Chef.
2. Able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional manner.
3. Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
4. Physically fit with strong knowledge of safe food handling, manual handling, and hygiene standards.
5. Available for morning, evening, and weekend shifts and able to meet security and police-check requirements.
