• Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service, responding to guest needs and replenishing supplies as required.
• Maintain clean and hygienic dining, kitchen, and public areas, including sweeping, mopping, waste handling, and equipment cleaning.
• Assist with preparing and presenting food, including portioning, plating, and basic food preparation tasks.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to ensure service runs smoothly.
• Follow company policies, food safety plans, hygiene procedures, manual handling practices, and all health & safety requirements.

• A reliable team player with experience in a similar stewarding or kitchen-hand role.
• Flexible, hardworking, and able to follow routine instructions with a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work well both independently and in a team.
• Physically fit and capable of performing active, hands-on duties in a busy environment.
• Previous experience in kitchen environments, airline lounges, hotels, or food handling (advantageous but not essential).
