Sales assistant

Hours: Minimum 30 per week

We are looking for Sales Assistant for our Orchard Theives Store in Hamilton. At The Orchard Theives, we serve Pizza and other dishes such as a large range of burgers, breadsticks, desserts, and beverages. Making a real pizza from scratch. real food, great staff.

As a Sales Assistant your key responsibilities include :

1. Determining customer requirements, dietary needs and advising on products, price and estimated time the food will be ready and in case it is a delivery the estimated time the food will be delivered.
2. Explaining to customers the food items out of the menu and the ingredients
3. Selling food, beverages and accepting payment from customers by a variety of payment methods and preparing sales invoices
4. Accept Ubereats & Menulog order, pack and deliver the food to uber drivers on time
5. Accept online web order, pack and deliver them to customers in premises on time
6. Closing point of sale end of the day to match transactions and cash in the till
7. Listen to customer complaint and try to resolve than and there otherwise refer to Manager.
8. Packing and wrapping food as per the company policy before handing over to the customer.
9. Participating in stock takes from time to time and assisting in ongoing management of stock.
10. Other duties that may be allocated as required.

Requirements:

Reliable and flexible to change.

Previous experience in the similar industry will be preferred. Freshers can also apply and will be considered.
