Panelbeater, ready for a career step, or a current Estimator looking for your next challenge?

Enjoy a varied role estimating the cost of vehicle repairs and managing these through the repair process. You’ll assist customers from quote through to completion. Work for a well-run, tidy shop and learn from an owner who is heavily involved in the direction and professionalism of the industry.

Day-to-day you’ll provide around 5 estimations daily and manage around 15 jobs at varying stages. You’ll order parts, maintain records of costs, and oversee workshop progress. Thrive working for a well-established company that commits to your continued career growth.

To set yourself up for success you’re:

• A trade-qualified panelbeater, to assess the damage and work out a repair plan
• An excellent communicator; your reading and writing skills enable you to provide professional quotes and customer updates
• Computer literate, process-driven, with strong numeracy to document and invoice costs
• Resilient, you can manage customers through a stressful time
• A creative problem-solver, with excellent time management

As Estimator you’ll be one of three, in an office team of six and an overall team of 24. You’ll receive a competitive salary, fuel card and phone.
