Heat Pump Installer - Commercial

Join our team delivering high-quality residential and commercial HVAC installations across the Canterbury region.
We are seeking a reliable, skilled heat pump installer to carry out the installation of single split and commercial HVAC systems. You will represent our brand on-site, ensuring a high standard of workmanship, safety, and customer service. You will work both independently and alongside a supportive HVAC team.
Key Responsibilities- Install heat pumps and HVAC systems to manufacturer and industry standards
- Ensure all electrical, and building code requirements are met
- Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and documentation
- Work professionally with clients, builders, suppliers, and team members
- Uphold a strong focus on health & safety practices
- Proven experience installing heat pumps with a particular skill for pipework.
- Knowledge of major brands (Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, Panasonic, etc.)
- A good understanding of NZ building and safety requirements
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
- Full NZ driver’s license
- NZ residency or valid work visa
- EWP, Site Safe, or Refrigerant Handler’s License are advantages (but not essential)
