Automotive Electrician
We are looking for a Full time Automotive Electrician for our FUSEBOX Auto Electrics in Auckland
Main Job Location/Region: AucklandThe role may require flexibility to work within the Auckland region.
Type of Work & Hours: Permanent, full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Key Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Diagnose, test, and repair a range of automotive electrical systems and components.
Install aftermarket equipment such as car alarms, stereos, and other electronic accessories.
Cut and program vehicle keys and remotes.
Provide customer service, including discussing repair requirements and sales of electrical products.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
Perform any other related duties as required to ensure smooth workshop operations.
Minimum Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Previous experience as an automotive electrician OR a relevant trade qualification in automotive electrical technology (Level 4 or equivalent).
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills for customer interaction.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
