The Role

Our Shed Support Team Members ensure our New Zealand wide farm building customers are provided with the right products, the right plans and right advice during their farm building journey. You'll play a key role ensuring farm building orders run smoothly from start to finish.

You'll be involved in:

  • Supporting customers throughout the order process.
  • Co-ordinating shed orders, plans and product supply.
  • Working with engineers, suppliers and Goldpine stores/teams.
  • Checking shed plans and bill of materials for accuracy.
  • Managing delivery timeframes and logistics.

To support our retail network hours of work will be Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Skills and Experience

You'll bring:

  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Great time management and attention to details.
  • Confidence using computer systems.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Knowledge of farming/building may be an advantage but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important.
