Glou Glou is ready to expand its offering and we’re looking for passionate people to help us along the way.
Renowned for our delicious coffee, exceptional pastries, and innovative European café menu, Glou Glou is excited to extend our unforgettable guest experiences into the evening from mid-February.
We’ll be offering seasonally inspired, sharing-style menus alongside a hand-selected wine list, and we’re looking for like-minded individuals with a passion for great food, delicious coffee, inviting wines, and warm, memorable hospitality.
We currently have openings for the following positions:
- Chef de Partie
- Maître d’
- Baristas
- Front of House Superstars
If you have a can-do attitude, infectious enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry, we’d love to hear from you. While skills are not always essential, the following will help you succeed in these roles:
- Strong understanding of espresso-making techniques
- Attention to detail
- Wine and beverage knowledge
- Current LCQ and Manager’s Certificate
- A love for working collaboratively, with the ability to work independently when required
- Reliability and flexibility to adapt to change
