We are currently looking for a Factory worker to work in our busy Wine Bottling and Storage Facility.
The person we are looking for would be a quick learner with a can do attitude, the position is a casual position but with the opportunity to have training, both external and internal, to up skill and progress to a long-term position that can cover multiple skilled positions across the Wine Bottling process.
The attributes we are looking for in a successful candidate are- The applicant needs to be physically fit and able to lift 16kg.
- Previous experience in the wine industry, machine operating, forklift driving, 3PL Storage facilities would be advantageous but not essential.
- A willingness and ability to pick up new skills and concepts.
- Ability to work well and calmly under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate well.
- Ability to problem solve and communicate solutions.
