Site Manager - Security & Commercial Cleaning

Do you have what it takes to led these two Teams? We are seeking an experienced Security Leader - with a current permanent Certificate of Approval, who has come from a background in Commercial Cleaning.
It's hard work - but you will be well rewarded.Work with great employees, clients and be the face of Millennium, driving innovation and efficiency to deliver for our well-respected client.
You will need to be resilient, motivated and great with people. Everyday you will be utilising your Word, Excel and Outlook Email skills - managing and covering rosters, advising client and Millennium management of issues and opportunities.
You will cover at times as Security and cleaning as required - but primarily you will be taking training, toolboxes, managing H&S on site, reporting and ensuring all contracted tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner - ensuring The Hub is sparkling, the public are safe with a Security presence that is seamless.
Put your great experience to good use - this is a Fixed Term opportunity, covering for parental leave from 3 March to 19 October 2026.
The shifts are: Monday - Rostered Day Off.
Tuesday - 7am-4pm.Wednesday - 7am-4pm.
Thursday - 11am-8pm.
Friday - 7am-4pm.
Saturday - 7am-4pm.
Sunday - Rostered Day Off.
- 5 paid hours/week.
You must be available for every shift.
You will need:- A Permanent and Current Certificate of Approval.
- Experience in the Commercial Cleaning industry.
- Experience as a Team Leder or Manager.
- Skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent English speaking ability - as all communications are in English only.
- Have a FULL Driver License.
- Pass and maintain a Ministry of Justice check.
- Be 18 years plus - due to H&S policies.
