Mechanical Maintenance Tech (Development Role)

• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and resolve in a timely manner
• Perform and document all maintenance
• Apply strong technical knowledge and collaborate with team members
• Be on the tools and undertake day-to day maintenance and inspections
• Opportunity to upskill, train and receive quality training

• Has proven experience operating production machinery in an industrial environment
• Demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability
• Is confident using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Has experience with routine maintenance, inspections, and equipment upkeep
• Has exposure to automated machinery or production line environments
• Has strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Is safety-focused and follows workplace health and safety procedures
• Is physically capable of hands-on work in a fast-paced environment
• Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, upskill, and grow
• Could suit people with overseas qualifications not NZQA recognised, in NZ (valid work visa required)
