Job Description
As a Caregiver at our Boulcott Village you will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, resident-directed care for people living with dementia. Our secure, specialist environment supports safety while promoting a fulfilling and enjoyable lifestyle, with each resident’s quality of life at the heart of everything we do.Our care is resident-directed—meaning we tailor care and support to each individual’s preferences, values, and needs.
Typical duties include:
Delivering meals and helping with mealtimesAiding with hygiene, such as showering
Assisting with Individual care plan requirements, such as walks and exercises
Helping with activities, such as puzzles, table tennis etc
This is a fixed term position until 29/09/2026, working 4 on 2 off rotational AM/PM shifts

Qualifications
You will naturally be empathetic, kind and patient, and thrive in a role where your compassion and care make a difference to people’s lives.
You’ll bring with you:
Experience in aged care or a similar roleStrong verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
Commitment to a rotational roster across morning, afternoon and night shifts
Ability to work a roster pattern of 4 days on and 2 days off
