These positions have plenty of challenging opportunities and innovation is encouraged by peers, senior staff and management.The department provides regular continuing education and numerous other training opportunities.In this role, you will be responsible for:Provision of a team based full clinical pharmacy service including medication reconciliation, therapeutic drug monitoring and answering medicines information enquiriesInvolvement in interdisciplinary educationSupervision, training and support of technicians, interns and studentsParticipation in the on-call serviceMedication supply including dispensing, sterile production and cytotoxic orderingAbout YouWe are looking for enthusiastic pharmacists, with a good work ethic, who enjoy working as part of a team, have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn.
