Our pharmacy is fast-paced, incredibly varied, and busy – with significant everyday dispensing, community pack patients, methadone services, vaccinations, and pharmacist sales. It’s the kind of environment where you’ll need to be calm, organised, and able to thrive under pressure.

As Lead Pharmacist, you will:

• Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day operational work.
• Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and support to a skilled team of pharmacists and technicians.
• Collate and prioritise daily tasks to keep workflow efficient, accurate, and safe.
• Take responsibility for key managerial functions, including claiming, SOP development, and compliance.
• Lead the installation and optimisation of robotic dispensing technology, ensuring the team gains maximum efficiency and accuracy from automation.
• Champion our new “Health Hub” initiative, building innovative services to provide the best support and care for our community.
