Cook – Indian Takeaway (Full-Time)

Location: Hamilton

We are looking for 2 hardworking and reliable cooks to join our busy Indian takeaway team in Hamilton.
Position Details
Full-time position
Minimum 30 hours per week

Pay rate: $25 – $30 per hour (depending on experience)

Minimum of 3 year of experience in kitchen (Indian cuisine)

Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be expected to: Prepare and cook Indian takeaway food

Assist with food preparation and kitchen setup
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas
Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Handle customer orders and assist guests politely
Help with packing takeaway orders
Support the team during busy hours
Assist with stock handling and kitchen organization
Help customers with parking/order pickup when required
Perform general cleaning and other duties as needed
Requirements
Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Flexible to work weekends and evenings if required
