Our store supervisor is a critical position within our business. Leading a small, hardworking team, you will motivate them by leading by example.

As the store supervisor you will be responsible for ordering, stock management, rostering of staff and training and also speaking to management about ideas for improving the business.

Ideally you will have previous retail operations experience, or other relevant experience. you will also have good knowledge of grocery products, along with inventory management. As you will be dealing with the public, great communication skills and interpersonal skills need to be at the forefront.

If you are punctual, personable, have an excellent attention to detail and you aren't afraid of hard work, you're the person we would like to speak to.
