Job Summary:
As a Motor Mechanic at Autoway Limited, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles. This role requires in-depth knowledge of vehicle
systems, attention to detail and the ability to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Detect and Diagnose faults in vehicle engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and other mechanical components.
Disassemble and extract engine assemblies, steering systems and other associated
understanding and execution of tasks.
Carry out regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
Perform safety inspections and emissions tests to ensure vehicles meet regulatory
standards and compliance with pollution regulations.
Provide recommendations for vehicle repairs, servicing and replacements based on
diagnostic results and customer concerns.
Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and industry
outlines the necessary repairs to be deemed roadworthy.
Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, parts used and labor hours.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair issues, maintenance options and
maintained and stored.

May issue roadworthiness certificates if vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards oroutlines the necessary repairs to be deemed roadworthy.
Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, parts used and labor hours.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair issues, maintenance options and
repair timelines to clients.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properlymaintained and stored.
Stay updated with industry trends, automotive technologies, and repair techniques.
2 years of experience OR Level 4 OR higher qualification is preferable
