Christchurch - Civil Supervisor

Salary up to $110,000 + vehicle (weekend use) + fuel card + phone

• Monday to Friday work hours
• Leading Christchurch commercial and residential building contractor
• 3pm finish on a Friday!

This premier commercial and residential building contractor works with leading developers and government clients building iconic projects across Christchurch.

With a strong forward workload and projects confirmed for 2 years in advance, the need has arisen for a Civil Supervisor to join their high performing civil division.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead several civil site works crews and provide direction to the team.

Some of your tasks will include:

• Reading plans, organising materials, machines and trucks across multiple sites
• Liaising with project managers, engineers and clients
• Leading training of staff and driving productivity on site
• Daily toolbox talks, managing project paperwork and health and safety
• Time on excavators when staff are away

This role would suit an experienced Civil Supervisor / Site Works Supervisor or an experienced Foreman looking to take the next step in their career.
