Landscape Supervisor - Christchurch
Citycare Property, a proudly New Zealand-owned company, is on the lookout for a hands-on Landscape Supervisor to take the lead of our Open Space Projects and Maintenance team.

What You'll Bring to the Table | Nga Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Runanga- 3-5 years of experience (and/or relevant qualifications) in soft landscaping, with a strong understanding of planting plans and landscape maintenance
- Natural communicator who builds strong relationships with internal and external clients, influences outcomes, and keeps the team aligned
- Practical problem-solver who's not afraid to roll up your sleeves and find smart, hands-on solutions that deliver real value
- Confident leader who can read and interpret plans, allocate work effectively
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety - you understand the importance of mitigating risks and maintaining a safe working environment for everyone
- Lead Daily Operations - Supervise and support your team across parks and landscapes, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Plan & Deliver Work - Read and interpret landscape and planting plans, allocate tasks, and manage resources to meet contract requirements and deadlines
- Drive Team Performance - Conduct toolbox talks, provide on-the-job training, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Support Innovation & Growth - Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and contribute to new initiatives that enhance customer value
- Build Strong Relationships - Work closely with internal and external clients to maintain high service standards and resolve issues promptly
