Cook
The suitable candidate must have 2 years of experience of working in a Thai restaurant. Should also have level 4 qualification in cookery.
The duties include following but not limited to : Assisting head chef in the kitchen
Checking ingredients to confirm freshness and quality
Controlling heat levels on ovens, grills, and other kitchen equipment
Cooking and preparing a variety of dishes
Adding seasoning during the cooking process
Serving meals with proper portions and decorative touches like sauces or garnishes
Keeping food stored safely in temperature-controlled environments
Modifying recipes to accommodate special dietary needs
Supporting menu creation and helping forecast ingredient quantities
May be involved in training or mentoring kitchen staff or apprentices
