We’re Hiring – Panel Specialist / Rust Repairer / Fabricator
We’re on the hunt for a skilled and passionate panel expert to join our busy workshop team at Bad Penny Classic & Custom Services Ltd.
This role is ideal for someone who knows their way around classic vehicles and isn’t afraid to get stuck into rust repairs, fabrication, and all challenges that come with these projects.
We’re after someone with solid, proven experience in panel work and rust repair — this isn’t a junior or training role.________________________________________
We’re looking for someone who:- Has solid panel and rust repair experience (especially with classics)
- Is confident with MIG and TIG welding, cutting, and shaping metal
- Has general fabrication skills and isn’t afraid of a challenge
- Takes pride in tidy, well-finished work
- Understands how to work with reproduction parts (and the joys they bring ??)
- Can work independently but enjoys being part of a small, close-knit team
- Is solution-focused and proactive when challenges pop up
- Has experience or interest in classic, custom, or performance vehicles
- Has great attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- Is a top communicator with customers, suppliers and the team
- Holds a full driver’s licence
- Has a good attitude and sense of humour and likes dogs!

We offer:- A 40-hour working week over four days – that’s a 3-day weekend, every week!
