Lead FP&A partnering with the ELT to drive performance

This high growth financial services business is on a mission to drive smarter, faster decisions through quality financial insight. You will be reporting directly to the CFO, while leading a team, partnering with the business and being a key adviser to the ELT.

This is a role where you will be able to make a big impact as you influencing key decisions!

You will drive better business decisions by actively partnering with teams across the organisation, providing insight and clarity through high-quality reporting, forecasting and commercial analysis.

You will further develop and lead a high-performing team, building strong relationships and becoming a trusted adviser who supports the business in achieving its goals. By aligning financial objectives with the organisation's broader business strategy, you will identify opportunities, manage risks and drive performance.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the end-to-end planning, budgeting and forecasting process
• Partner with the ELT to provide financial insights and performance commentary
• Develop tools and dashboards to enable better business decision-making
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and planning frameworks

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a FP&A role where you have led and developed a team
• CA / CPA qualified or equivalent
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial services preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
