Admin Assistant Working from home
Auckland
Seeking a Admin Assistant for our growing building construction company ASAP to work from home, Part Time, 3 days a week Mon-Weds/ 15 hours weekly.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting director with their daily tasks when needed
- Ensure health and safety documents and minutes are maintained.
- Creating SSSP and Task Analysis and any other relevant documentation for all upcoming jobs, reviewing these along with current jobs frequently.
- Ensuring competency registers, and hazard registers are up to date and signed
- Any staff training to be organised and coordinated
- Filing documents and employee information accordingly
- Applying problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as attention to detail
- Undertaking general admin support tasks
- Complete additional tasks as requested.
About you:
- Basic knowledge of the building industry/trade
- Previous administration experience
- System savvy and strong Microsoft Office skills (Xero/Fergus is a bonus)
- Positive "can do" attitude and flexible
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- NZ resident only. No working Visa.
