Admin Assistant Working from home

Seeking a Admin Assistant for our growing building construction company ASAP to work from home, Part Time, 3 days a week Mon-Weds/ 15 hours weekly.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting director with their daily tasks when needed
  • Ensure health and safety documents and minutes are maintained.
  • Creating SSSP and Task Analysis and any other relevant documentation for all upcoming jobs, reviewing these along with current jobs frequently.
  • Ensuring competency registers, and hazard registers are up to date and signed
  • Any staff training to be organised and coordinated
  • Filing documents and employee information accordingly
  • Applying problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Undertaking general admin support tasks
  • Complete additional tasks as requested.

About you:

  • Basic knowledge of the building industry/trade
  • Previous administration experience
  • System savvy and strong Microsoft Office skills (Xero/Fergus is a bonus)
  • Positive "can do" attitude and flexible
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • NZ resident only. No working Visa.
