Are you a recent graduate with a passion for gaming and an interest in live game management? We’re looking for enthusiastic Junior Live Operations Specialists to join our team! This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates eager to start their career in the gaming industry, focusing on managing games in overseas markets and improving operational metrics post-launch.

In this role, you'll work closely with teams to create engaging in-game events, improve player experiences, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure the game remains fresh and bug-free. You'll also monitor game performance, assist in testing new features, and analyse player feedback to drive improvements in the game.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Game Event Support: Help plan, execute, and monitor in-game events that align with the game’s strategy to keep players engaged.
  • Player Engagement: analyse player feedback and behaviour to improve player retention and the overall experience.
  • Content Scheduling: Assist with organizing and releasing regular updates, events, and features to keep the game fresh.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with artists, development & marketing teams and translators to ensure smooth live operations.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on KPIs to assess player satisfaction and in-game activity.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in testing new features, events, and versions before release to ensure quality.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and trends to inform promotional and operational strategies.
  • Operational Monitoring: Track the game’s operational status and assist in troubleshooting issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on operational data and analyse the success of activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or interest in the gaming industry is a plus but not required.
  • Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity.
