- What you'll do Support project delivery
- Assist with planning and implementation using standard project methodologies.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, risks, budgets, and respond to information requests on behalf of the SPI Manager and team.
- Prepare papers, take minutes, and engage with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- From document distribution and reporting to travel arrangements and procurement assistance.
- Collaborate across the Agency, Ministry, health sector, government, and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- What you'll bring Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles Exceptional organisational and communication skills Confidence using digital tools and Microsoft Office Suite A collaborative spirit and a commitment to continuous improvement An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a passion for equity Ko wai mātou
