Key Responsibilities may include: Managing data records onto Projects
Managing Accounts Payable, Inventory, Purchase OrdersReconciling and completing stocktakes
Providing support to the Health and Safety Co-ordinator
Managing and recording data between multiple entities
Managing and recording data related to machinery and vehicle use on projects
Bank reconciliation
Payroll and time allocations to projects
Providing support to the Contracts Management Team
Providing support to the Construction Project Management Team
Providing support to the Finance Administrator
General Office and administrative support to the wider team
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
Motivated and willing to learnUnderstanding of accounting coding and practices
Confident working with numbers and spreadsheets
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident with computer systems including project accounting software
Has an eye for reading and interpreting plans and can evolve to take-offs
Can work in a collaborative environment
Strong communication skills both written and oral
An interest in the construction industry
