Kerbing and Concrete Construction Labourer
Canterbury Kerb and Concrete Ltd specialise in machine-laid kerb & channel as well as concreting for residential subdivisions, driveways, and large commercial projects. With several exciting projects underway and about to commence, we are looking for a Kerbing Finisher to join our team.
In this role, you’ll work alongside the Kerb & Channel team, assisting with pouring, placing, and finishing a variety of concrete projects. Your practical skills, problem-solving ability, and commitment to health and safety will help us deliver high-quality results and continue to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and laying kerbs
Setting out string lines
Mixing slurry and finishing/trowelling machine-laid kerb
What We’re Looking For:
Experience preparing and laying kerbs (preferred, but not essential)
Some experience operating heavy machinery (preferred, but not essential)
Physically fit and able to complete manual labouring tasks
Full driver’s licence and own transport to our yard
Please note: The successful candidate must be able to pass a criminal history check. Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
