We are now seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team, contribute to our ongoing success and share in our journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of contract management including scopes of work
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress, budgets and timelines
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
  • Day to day operation of all activities on site
  • Foster a culture of safety and teamwork
The successful applicant will:
  • Have experience in contract management, preferably within the civil or construction industry
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Be detail orientated with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Have strong leadership skills and be looking to improve everyday
  • Have a passion for delivering results and enjoy working to deadlines
  • A degree in civil engineering is desired but not essential
