Sales & Marketing Specialist

We’re a growing business looking for a motivated, hands-on Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and help us grow.

We run Iconic Motors Sales on Behalf, Iconic Motors Detailing & Wraps, and IGL Coatings NZ. Up until now, the owner and manager have been looking after sales and marketing in between everything else — now we need a dedicated specialist to take this role and run with it!

• Can handle both sales and marketing tasks without fuss

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sell vehicles and bring in new customers
• Follow up with enquiries (phone, email, in-person)
• Put together sales plans and make calls to potential customers
• Promote IGL Coatings and our detailing services

• Keep our social media active and interesting (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Create posts, ads, and email campaigns
• Make up flyers, quotes, and other basic marketing materials
• Try new ideas to get more people hearing about us

• Hours: 20/week to start (then review to 30–40/week)
• Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00–5:30 + every second Saturday
• Pay: Depends on experience (with bonuses for hitting targets)
• Start: ASAP
• Training: 3 months alongside the owner and manager
