  • 8pmWe are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team at Ōamaru Hospital.

The position is primarily based in our Outpatients Department, then covering evenings and weekends at our main reception.In this role, you'll play a vital behind‑the‑scenes part by providing timely, accurate, and professional administrative support to the Outpatients team.

When working at our main reception, you will deliver outstanding customer service to patients, whānau, and visitors, as well as provide administrative support to several departments, including the Maternity Ward and the Tākaro Ward.This is a dynamic and varied position that provides the opportunity to expand your knowledge across multiple hospital services and contribute to exceptional patient care throughout our organisation.About the Team/Service/LocationAt Ōamaru Hospital, our administration team plays a crucial role in supporting patient recovery and ensuring high‑quality care across the organisation.

In this position, you'll make a meaningful contribution by providing accurate, efficient, and timely administrative support.
