Fixed Term Position - Registered Nurse - Te Awamutu

You will be a key member of our RN team. This is a full-time fixed term 1 year position covering maternity leave, working Monday to Sunday covering shifts on a four on; two off roster.

Essential Skills we are looking for to thrive in our fast-paced environment you will:- Demonstrate a strong understanding of health & safety requirements, identifying and managing risk and enabling a safety conscious culture.
- Place high focus on ensuring compliance, policies and procedures are met to the highest standard of accreditation.
- Be a Registered Nurse
- Build and maintain great relationships with our residents and their whanau, visitors, contractors and our wider team.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Have outstanding communication skills and a reliable, friendly, professional manner.
- A commitment to supporting and mentoring new staff with Te Awa Lifecare orientation programme.
