Warehouse Supervisor - Lead from the Front

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to lead a busy, fast-paced team. From resource planning to stock control, you'll help keep things moving and build a culture your team wants to be part of - all while keeping the warehouse running like a well-oiled machine.

• Lead and support warehouse staff to hit daily targets
• Allocate workloads and manage workflow bottlenecks
• Oversee order picking, dispatch, stock rotation, and housekeeping
• Provide hands-on training and support
• Drive team culture and ensure safe work practices

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics leadership
• Clear communicator and confident team leader
• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
• Comfortable using warehouse systems and tech
• Clean driver's licence and able to pass a drug test
