Position – Retail Assistants

Are you passionate about sports, streetwear, and delivering awesome customer experiences? We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic retail assistant to join our fast-paced team at Stirling Sports Hawkes Bay.

Minimum Guaranteed Hours/Week are 30.

Maximum hours/week you may be required to work are 45.

You will be required to work on weekends.

You may be required to travel between both Napier and Hastings stores.

We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Confident communication skills and a team-first mindset
• An interest in retail, sportswear, and fashion
• Reliability and a willingness to learn
• Previous retail experience is a bonus – but not essential

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing friendly, helpful service and creating great customer experiences
• Supporting the team with daily store operations
• Keeping the store looking fresh, clean, and well-stocked
• Learning about our products and helping customers find the right fit
• Contributing to a positive, team-focused environment
