STMS - NOC Team - Napier
Join the Higgins Green Team in Napier as a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) within our Networks Outcomes Contract (NOC) - a role that offers variety, teamwork, and development opportunities beyond standard traffic management.
About the Role
This STMS position is more hands-on and team-focused than traditional STMS roles. You'll work closely with the Leading Hand and be an integral part of the crew, contributing to a wide range of tasks:
- Follow direction from the Leading Hand
- Assist with labouring duties: cleaning signs, fixing potholes, responding to emergency events (e.g., road closures)
- Rather than run the team, they will need to be in the team - and a great team player
- Complete daily paperwork: pre-starts and on-foot risk assessments
- Participate on call for a week, on a fortnightly roster. (Friday-Friday)
- NOC is closer to a standard 40-hour week than Traffic which can run up to 60 hours per week in season (apart from the on call of course)

- Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 desirable)
