We’re committed to delivering a professional service within the coatings industry and supporting VIP Steel in a fast-paced Structural steel process. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:The Operations Manager will oversee the operations, ensuring deadlines are met, planning of the operational requirements is obtained while maintaining the efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources within the business. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, operational insight, and a passion for operations management
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and manage Coatings operational process
- Ensure Deadlines and production is running to meet the needs of VIP Steel
- Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with company strategy
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies including health and safety
- Planning and Management of both day and nightshift departments
- Proven experience as an operations Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of business operations and management practices
- This role requires a front foot management approach
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant operational software/tools
- Ideally has Coatings Experience but not essential for the right candidate
