What You'll Be Doing:
- Interpreting and working from plans
- Formwork and reinforcing
- Troubleshooting site challenges
- Communicating with crew, clients, and contractors
- Following all on-site health and safety protocols
What We're Looking For:
- Trade-qualified Carpenter OR experienced Hammerhand
- Proven commercial construction experience
- Full toolkit - hand and power tools
- Confident reading and interpreting plans
- Committed to safety and quality work
- Class 1 licence + reliable transport
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe - we can assist
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
