About the role

As an Electrical Fitter/Electrician, you will provide maintenance, repairs, and fault response services to the solar farm to optimise generation output, while supporting the reliability of solar farm assets through inspections and maintenance of high- and low-voltage equipment (non-intrusive), inverters, combiner boxes, tracker control units, photovoltaic modules, and secondary or associated systems, including SCADA.

This role will work collaboratively with the on-site Field Technician and local contractors to ensure the solar farm is in excellent working condition.

About you:

  • You will need to be a registered Electrician; experience working on solar farms is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of the electrical industry, including statutory and safety requirements
  • Demonstrated electrical trade competencies with the ability to work independently and safely
