About the Role:As a Senior Supervisor in the Boning Room, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a skilled team, developing work schedules, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency, safety, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the boning room team to meet production targets
- Develop and manage daily and weekly rosters and production schedules
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Monitor performance metrics and provide timely reporting to management
- Support training and development of team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a meat processing or boning room environment
