About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and organised person to keep our operations running smoothly and support our sales team with admin and finance tasks. This role is central to ensuring an efficient and professional workplace.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and financial support
Manage office operations and supplies
Be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and staff
Generate invoices and monitor accounts
Follow up on overdue payments
Process expense claims and supplier invoices
Produce reports
  • What We’re Looking For:
good communication and organizational skills in any field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with ease

Team player with a proactive attitude
