Pre Construction Manager
It's a crucial role which the pay and conditions will reflect. GJ's will be looking for applicants to have the following experience:
- leading teams, with emphasis given to building and construction industry experience
- a focus and track record of customer relationship management
- an understanding software tools that are utilized by our sales teams ( in particular Hubspot )
- show a proven record of driving operational efficiency
- working with legal documents
- familiarity with marketing and sales performance
- setting kpis for suppliers
- NZ Residency is a minimum requirement for this role.
You will also be prepared to muck in, as we are small team that works for our clients', but each other. You will be working closely with the Queenstown General Manager as you implement change to the regions most number one residential builder.
On top of this there is extensive training and broader opportunities within the GJ Gardner network across New Zealand.
