Finance & Administration Officer
Our Business Support team is growing, and we're looking for an energetic and motivated Finance & Administration Officer to join our Wellington Branch.
With over 3,000 vehicles sold, 40,000 serviced, and 330,000 parts traded annually, we need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making a tangible impact in the private sector.
We're looking for someone with some accounting & administration experience, particularly with month end processing and a background in accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Background in accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting and administration
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
- Passion for delivering top-notch customer service
- Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative
- Confident working independently and making decisions when needed
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- A knack for spotting and suggesting process improvements
- A team player who's ready to pitch in and support others

This role is permanent full time - 40 hours per week, 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday and is based full time at our Wellington Central Branch.
